Treatment Costs

The initial consultation, physical diagnosis and treatment is £80. You should allow between 1.5 and 2hrs for this visit. In this session we will talk about your main reasons for coming for treatment and your day-to-day health so I can form your individual Chinese Medical diagnosis and treatment plan. After some physical diagnosis checks (such as taking your blood pressure and examination and palpation of problem areas) we will move on to your first acupuncture treatment. Follow up treatments are £65 and last between 45 minutes to an hour. |
How many treatments will I need?
Initially, I recommend 5 weekly treatments to enable good progress as treatment effects are cumulative. We will review progress and discuss further treatment together at this stage. Many patients then choose to have monthly appointments for ongoing maintenance and health benefits.
Response to treatment can differ considerably from person to person, as treatment is aimed at the root of the condition and not just addressing the main symptoms. Some people experience significant changes after just a few treatments. Long-term or more complex conditions may require more treatment over a longer period. You are of course, under no obligation to continue with treatment at any point.
Payment
By bank transfer prior to your appointment or card/cash at your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that you may on occasion need to reschedule an appointment. Please aim to give 24 hours’ notice.
I reserve the right to charge the full fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
